For MSBC's panel specialists

Your IME work,
in your pocket.

imeLINK is MSBC's app for its panel specialists. See your patients, read the papers, offer your free times, dictate and check what you've been paid. On your phone, tablet or computer.

Screens show invented sample data.

Everywhere

Phone, iPad, computer. All at once.

Read the papers on your computer, dictate on your phone and check the calendar on your iPad. Each one signs in on its own, and they keep up with each other within seconds.

Today

Open it.
Your day is there.

Today answers one question: who are my patients today? Each card shows the time and place, Zoom or phone, the interpreter's language, and whether the papers are in.

  • New bookings arrive as soon as MSBC makes them, even before the papers.
  • You see what changed. A moved booking says so. A late cancellation, or one after you've read the papers, stays on show in red.
  • MSBC wrote to you? It's at the top of Today, with a Reply button.
An example of the Today screen, with invented patients: 3 patients today, a message from MSBC with a Reply button, a 9:30 am appointment in person with the paperwork ready, an 11 am Zoom appointment with a Mandarin interpreter, a free time until 12:45 pm, and a 2 pm phone appointment whose papers are not read yet.

Bookings, papers, messages and payments. All in one place.

Patients and papers

Your patients and papers, in one place.

Your MSBC patients in one list. Their papers in one fast reader.

  1. 1

    Your patients, urgent first.

Patients holds your appointments, new bookings, reports to write and what's finished. Reports to write puts the urgent ones at the top. Looking for someone? Search by name from the top bar.

In Patients and your calendar, four small squares fill as the day comes closer. A full green battery means you're ready: papers in and read.

On screen: the Patients list on an iPad, with Reports to write above Appointments.

  2. 2

    Each patient on one page.

The time, Zoom, the interpreter, the papers and your messages with MSBC about this patient, all together. When your report is with MSBC, tap "Report done, sent to MSBC".

On screen: a sample patient's page on an iPad.

  3. 3

    Papers the moment they're ready.

MSBC sends your papers straight to imeLINK. Open them in a fast reader, side by side on a bigger screen. Search, highlight, add notes and bookmarks, and they follow you to your other devices. A new version? You'll see which papers are new since you last opened them.

On screen: the papers reader on an iPad, with a sample case file and letter of instruction side by side.

  4. 4

    Read with no signal.

No signal where you are? Keep the papers on your iPhone, iPad or Android device. They're encrypted on the device, and the app removes them when the case ends or when you sign out.

The appointment

One bar for everything.

Join Zoom, or call, with one tap. You can see when MSBC has tested the Zoom link with the patient, and which language the interpreter speaks. Running late? Patient hasn't come? Tell MSBC from the same place. Then start your dictation.

Tap the round buttons on the phone to see what each one does.

2026

Day to day

The small things, sorted.

An example conversation about an invented patient: "Is an interpreter booked for this one?", read by MSBC; MSBC answers that the Mandarin interpreter is confirmed and will join the Zoom at 10:55. The next morning: "Are the papers in yet?" MSBC: "Yes, they're in imeLINK now: 11 pages."

Talk to MSBC about the right patient.

Messages about a patient stay with that booking. Ticks show when MSBC has read them, and Today tells you when MSBC writes back.

An example payment line for an invented booking: invoiced 2 October, client paid 9 October, payment scheduled for 16 October, and paid on 16 October.

Has MSBC paid me? Now you know.

Each booking has its own payment line, in four steps. No need to ring accounts.

An example lock screen: at 5 pm, "Tomorrow in imeLINK: 1 patient. Papers not opened for 1." Then quiet hours, 8 pm to 7 am.

It only buzzes when it matters.

A new booking for today or tomorrow, and tomorrow's summary at 5 pm. In quiet hours (8 pm to 7 am unless you change them), only urgent news gets through. Lock-screen notices never name your patients.

Sign in on a computer with your phone.

Open imeLINK in your browser and scan the code with your phone, where you're already signed in.

People who work for you: a sample practice manager who can sign in

Your practice manager can help.

Invite them from the app and MSBC approves them. They get their own secure sign-in, and see your patients, calendar, papers, messages and payments. MSBC can limit what they see.

Not an app person? No problem.

At MSBC's own locations, reception can set up an iPad or computer as your imeLINK for the day. You don't install or sign in to anything, and it all ends that evening.

Privacy and security

Built for medico-legal work.

The details of the people you examine are sensitive. imeLINK treats them that way.

Kept in Australia

imeLINK runs on Amazon Web Services in Sydney, and backup copies stay in Australia too.

  • Encrypted

Your information is encrypted on the way and on imeLINK's servers. Papers kept on your phone are encrypted too, and never go into phone backups.

  • Invite only

There's no public sign-up. MSBC sets up each specialist, approves any practice manager, and can sign out a lost device.

  • No names on your lock screen

Notifications never name the people you examine. Texts are only for signing in and getting started.

  • No ads, no tracking

No advertising, no selling data, and no tracking across other apps or websites. This website has none either.

  • Face ID and fingerprint

Specialists sign in with their mobile number, so there's no password to remember. Your face or fingerprint keeps the phone app signed in, and it locks after five minutes away.
